Note – In order to leave a review for the practice you will need to have a Google account. If you do not have a Google account and would like instructions for setting up a Google account, please click here. “Create a Google Account”
1. Click on the “Review us on Google” button at the top of this page.
2. Under the basic information of the practice there should be an option to leave “Your rating” on a 5 star scale. *Note, if you are not already signed into Google with your Google ID you will be asked to Sign in to Rate. If you do not have a Google ID please see the instructions on “Creating a Google Account”
3. Use the 5 stars to rate the practice and include a few sentences describing your experience. Once done click Publish.
